“Mai gave great customer support when I had a automation flow problem. She was able to fix the issue but after leaving the chat and adding a new field to the form, the automation failed again and two subsequent support staff were not able to fix the problem. I was told the matter would be escalated but I've heard nothing and its been 24 hours. I am leaving Mailchimp, spent too many hours formatting emails and it has come to this. Not happy.”
