I love the feature as it visually gives me a wide visual picture overview of each person on a timeline. Their support team has always been helpful and responsive when I've reached out or got stuck on something technical. I highly recommend this for all Shopify stores who want to take their business to the next level.”
“Update: Customer service is responsive, but not really helpful with my issue. The on-site popups integration steps with Shopify are incorrect, since the release of the new theme options. I reached out to customer service, but they told me to reach out to Shopify for help. I'm not happy with that response. The integration process needs vast improvements.”
