“Does not send you instant notifications, help was not useful through support. Stay away from this if you want to offer the best customer support. We have missed multiple conversations because of the lack of notifications/delays. Sometimes we won't be notified at all. USE shopify inbox. Way better. I’ve updated our review to 3 stars because they do have a great FAQ set up.”
