“I used to have Klaviyo for email marketing, but then I switched to Brevo. Everything looks okay so far. But one thing really bothers me - there is not font size option in Opt-in form editor. This is the basic thing in every content editor, but not here. The app was launched in 2017, but this feature is still not developed. It is weird that no user complaints about it. *** UPDATE *** After my initiate review they immediately added the text size feature to opt-in form. This is increadible. I have never experienced something like this. So, I have changed the stars from 3 to 5. Hands down!”
“The setup was painful for our headless store, some of the triggers aren't properly documented or just half assed. Support took a couple days to respond with what we needed but was friendly otherwise. After that there has been an other support request because our Shopify users won't sync properly and the Brevo support hasn't responded for a week. We pay money for something we can't use properly.”
