“Kunden Support ist hier nicht vorhanden! haben mir 2 mal ohne jedliche Anmerkung oder Mahnung Inkasso Rechnungen geschickt obwohl ich nach dem ersten mal schon mit dem Support geschrieben hab (wenn er denn mal geantwortet hat) um sowas zu verhindern. Da aber auch Zahlungen die schon gemacht worden sind in der App als nicht bezahlt angezeigt werden und ich auch schon den Fall hatte das ich doppelt bezahlt hab ist das alles recht schwierig. Keine guten Ehrfarungen damit gemacht.”
