If you ever need assistance, their responsive customer service team is just a chat away. In fact, I had them tailor a report for me four times to ensure it was exactly what I needed, and each time they were quick and helpful. EDIT. After further looking at the customer reports that were given to me, Report Pundit is terrible. The reports are never correct and cause so much time and pain to fix. DO NOT USE THEM”
