I'm currently using free trial, but I can share my experience based on the 6 days I have been using Tidio. 1) The setup is incredibly easy - just install the app and it's almost ready to go. It took me just a few minutes to configure appearance, colors, etc. 2) The AI Chatbot is useful for clients and good at recommending products

Have now put limitations on how many chat you can have on the free plan in order to push people to a paid plan. Moving to another with paid because of this.
