“We had a small technical issue, Osmand was available on the chat right away to support us! Turns out we had a small settings issue that Osmand quickly helped us discover. This app works very well for us! The customer support is WONDERFUL!”
“UPDATE 6/9/25 We have not had a reply from support in a week. The ongoing issues have not been resolved and support has gone radio silent. Only thing worse than app issues is unresponsive and unhelpful support. App used to be great with great support. Has really gone down hill recently. They make changes without notification which impact the customer experience. Live chat does not function properly, which slows our ability to get resolutions. We are on the hunt for a replacement.”
