The support team continues to be incredible, even helping us quickly develop a feature we needed for a separate app integration.”
“We’ve tested several return portals and currently use a different one for our main store, which handles over 100,000 orders per year. Unfortunately, PostCo is missing several useful features that our other portal provides. In addition, we couldn’t process exchanges properly as they kept bugging when orders were released. Finally, since we recently merged this store with our main one, our one-year subscription was renewed even though we won’t be using it for the full term. We reached out regarding a partial refund, but were told this wasn’t possible.”
