“This is a good Live Chat and Ticketing app. It has limited customisation options, but for a basic and easy to use live chat function, it's working well doe us. Note: Don't use this app it via the Shopify admin panel as the notification sounds won't work. You need to set up a login via their website for full functions to work properly.”
