“Intercom itself is great, although it's geared more towards SAAS than e-com, it still provides more value than Gorgias imo. The actual integration however is pretty poor, lacks features and the worst part is it really slows your site loading times down by a considerable amount. Fix the loading issues and its probably a 4 or 5*”
