“I'm just updating on my previous review of RichPanel. I just want to say if you're looking for a CRM that integrates with your CMS, stop here! Richpanel officially has a mobile app and they're alway upgrading and implementing new features. Their customer support is super quick and they follow up with you!!! I absolutely cannot say enough good things about RichPanel. You're going to want to get on now and be a legacy member because they are a breathe of fresh air.”
“I had so far a very negative experience. First of all, it is way more expensive than you initially think it is. You need to pay for the Self-Service add-on. Because without it, you can't effectively use the live chat and pop-up. While with other customer support tools, this is normally included for free. Also the customer support so far has been very poor and limited. Not what you would expect from....a customer support tool.”
