“We have our site in 21 languages and serve customers all over Europe, so the on the fly 2 -way translation is just what we needed. The UI is clean and very easy to read, which makes the response time really fast and together with the email notifications when a potential customer enters the chat, not a single chat is left unmanaged. One thing I hope they will soon implement is: being able to email the complete chat to the customer is the translated version as well. I was told they are working on it. If this gets implemented it is a close to prefect chat app.”
