“The inability to speak with a person makes seemingly small issues march larger. We have to use Gemini, Youtube, and other resources at times to find the answers to our questions. We understand that they want to keep the cost down and having actual customer service reps to answer a call over mundane issues is expensive. Even Google and Meta have live people to help if only to help escalate issues faster or to the appropriate department. Once we have a steady customer base we are going to look into production on our own as Printify doesn't have the customer support we require at times.”
