The support team incorrectly blamed our theme when the fault was clearly on their end. Additionally, unresolved saving errors continue to hinder our business operations. We also faced a shipping and printing error, resulting in unnecessary charges due to stock unavailability. The lack of accountability and resolution from the support team is unacceptable.”
