“We've had an over all positive experience with Zoko so far . The onboarding team was very supportive and help us tweak things as per our business model . All queries are promptly answered and meetings are set up efficiently. They are open to understand the business model and tweak things around accordingly , and suggest ways to increase the footfall .”
“Worst experience getting this thing running. No answer from their Whatsapp support and it apparently only lets you link to a standard Whatsapp account and not to a business Whatsapp account. Edit: Their support answered finally, they've also asked me to remove this review. Nonetheless, I wasn't able to link WhatsApp business and for some reason you'd need to link your facebook business profile through a 3rd party app. This review is not fake but an honest opinion. Maybe it works for other people, didn't work for me.”
