“We thoroughly enjoy using Sitejabber and all of its features for our site. We have been able to reach out customers easily and get their feedback. The customer support and client services have been top notch and very responsive to us when there is an issue.”
“The free version gives you no control over the emails, the scheduling, the frequency, the templates, ANYTHING! I don't know when emails are being sent, I can't see the email template, I can't edit the email signature... The only positive is that thankfully I got all 5 star reviews and the widget displays fine on my homepage. However, I was told yesterday that a customer left a review because they felt "harassed". I wish I could see or modify ANY kind of settings. Looking for a new app now.”
