“This app does have great features. However, please note that if you cancel your subscription immediately, you will not receive a refund. I contacted them repeatedly but received no response. After uninstalling the app, their manager sent me an email. When I replied to this email again requesting a refund, I received no response. Please choose this app with caution; you'll waste a lot of time and money. If the Bestchat administrators see this review, please refund our subscription fee, as we didn't even use the features!”
