“Shiptection is filling in all the gaps that our previous order insurance app had. Flexible aesthetics and function, responsive customer service and tech support and a clear and fair income split. We have not had to deal with any claims yet, so I can't speak to that portion of their services yet.”
“We get way too many fraudulent orders with this app, even after uninstalling it! orders come in for $.98 with ONLY shiptection on it (no product)- this app is a target for fraud as people are checking to verify if stolen cards work by only buying the shiptection. We get several bogus orders a day when before it was probably 1 every couple months - there is nothing in the app that stops people from just buying shiptection, if you add a product and shiptection you can remove the product and shiptection stays- this is likely how they are adding only shiptection.”
