“I hit a few bumps early on during the integration, but the team, especially Pauly, has been super helpful throughout. I'm really excited about this app and hope it helps cut down on address and order issues for our customers.”
“This app would be great if it actually worked. We had multiple customers cancel their orders and have it NOT come through on the back end, so we shipped the orders anyway. I reached out to customer support and was told it was fixed, only to have it happen again. This has cost us hundreds of dollars in product that isn't returned to us, and the cost of shipping/returns for the customers that DID return it. I don't trust that any part of this app is working.”
