“冇想到有自動合單發貨嘅功能！！！唔使我费时费力逐个合併，減低人手出錯嘅機會，仲慳番唔少時間！原本要比2次或者更多嘅運費，而家只要一鏈合併成一張訂單比一次運費就得。短信都好平，咁我就可以畀客户发通知了，唔使每天被客户问物流情况了。客服回復很快，有些比較復雜嘅功能都心機教你。”
“The app is great if all goes well. If not, reaching out for assistance is hard. They take much longer than the courier itself to get back. This is why despite Nicol's plea, I will not increase the rating on my review. I stand by how difficult it is to get compensation on lost parcels. I currently have two pending cases for lost parcels, with evidence by the courier that they have issued a credit note to Oneship more than 2 months ago. But yet Oneship refuses to give me any update till now.”
