“The Kit Karts app was simple to set up and is highly affordable. The messages sent to clients reminding them of their abandoned cart was simple and straight. Although the email doesn't use heavy graphics or colors, It was functional.”
“Edited: Kit Karts stopped working. I have emailed twice (prior to todays email) and have only heard back to say they will look into it. At this point, I am disappointed and losing sales. Hopefully we can get it resolved. Works great and I appreciate the reminders! The only improvement would be to allow for a second reminder like a week or so later :)”
