“I'm a huge fan of Intelligems. After using Optimizely and VWO for years on SFCC, I think Intelligems has done a great job building a testing tool specifically for Shopify stores. They're UI is simplified but has all the things you need to run a for advanced testing program like mutually exclusive tests, custom tracking events and more. They've also been adding a ton of new AI enabled features on a monthly basis. On top of all that, they have the best customer service I've seen across my 15 years using SaaS vendors.”
“No support available, or you have to wait 48 hours for a response. Given the price of the app, there should be live support to help customers. As it is, you're on your own and have to figure things out yourself. I do not recommend”
