“the measure of a business relationship is not how great things are when everything runs smoothly, it is how each side operates when things go sideways . after 30+ years of shipping experience, clickship is unquestionably one of the worst “partners” i have ever done business with . if you choose to do business with them, do so with the above in mind UPDATE : posting a lengthy “we understand” PR response shows more effort in public perception then responding to emails and resolving the issues”
