“The Easyship app and the company really make it easy to sync our orders with our 3PL provider and prepare shipments with our support team. It saves our team a lot of time with fulfilling orders and automatically calculates shipping rates for our customers during checkout. Our new account manager Melody has done a great job of proactively reaching out, checking in and helping solve outstanding issues. Where she could not solve, she would involve the right people on her team to look into the issue. We have had a great experience with Melody and Easyship team!”
“WARNING !!! If you install this app their AI chatbots will email you 20 times a day and not stop. It won't matter if you tell them to stop emailing you. You won't be able to speak to a real person. Their AI chat bots will spam your inbox so much. Be warned. I'm now having to contact the information commissioner's office to try and report this company. I have received dozens of emails everyday for the last 3 weeks. And no matter how much I tell them to stop emailing me they won't. Please avoid this app.”
