“It looked promising up front but its very limited and not designed well. You can't edit the appearance of anything so it wont fit your style of website. Its also clunky, simple things like it asks for Order Number OR email, but if you put your email, it requires order number. I uninstalled after the free trial period unfortunately. I was really hoping this would be my solution for tracking open customer complaints”
