“Imports orders, fairly straight forward to use C&D website itself, only thing I'm not sure if when marking an order dispatched in C&D (misspelled despatched on the RM website), the order isn't updated in shopify, maybe because I use a business C&D account? EDIT: I just clicked the Open App link on this page which took me to the settings page where the option is to enable the dispatch instruction back to shopify.”

“App has been broken by Royal Mail team, it worked well until a few months ago, now there are multiple errors and the support team do not investigate issues. Waiting for 2 months for issue that Royal Mail cannot process EU orders and now need to find an alternative. Update: The Royal Mail response to reviews is quicker than support but false. It hasn't been resolved and I can't process or ship those orders. The issue remains and hasn't been investigated.”
