“It does not work, it doesn't sync all DMs and comments, there is not much to do in the portal to troubleshoo the issue and their chat bot doesn't responds, they don't reply to emails sent to their support, and their owners don't respond to the issues when reached directly via call/whatsapp. Highly disappointed!”
