“This app is far from being a serious solution for e-commerce. * The setup is confusing and wastes a lot of time * The chatbot gives weak and sometimes irrelevant answers * Performance is unstable and unreliable * The overall system feels unfinished and unpolished * It does not deliver real value for sales or customer support Honestly, it feels like a basic prototype rather than a professional tool. Using it in a real store can actually hurt customer experience instead of improving it. There are much better, more stable, and more advanced alternatives available. Not recommended at all.”
