“Keerthi from Support has walked me through how to use this app. I've been using other apps such as AMP/Australia Post by Addition, for 3+ years and was wanting to find another app due to significant price increases in the other app I was using. The prices offered in this app are very fair and the bulk label processing is a very good feature. The walk-through with Keerthi has been very productive and smooth, the app is very configurable too.”
“I had the worst experience. All I wanted to do was try the plan, but I received a call from customer service informing me that I would need to upgrade my Shopify account to do so – which I did. After upgrading, I decided not to proceed with the app. When I tried to revert to our basic plan, I ended up losing two users due to my legacy plan. I'm extremely frustrated! Avoid this app! The customer service representative failed to explain the consequences of their recommendation, and I'm deeply disappointed.”
