“Downloaded the app to use and try, had some issues in the beginning, and since have loved the app. They went out of their way to create and release the toggle option and was operational within 2 weeks. They've gone over the top to make our shop work seamlessly with other apps, especially their sister app - Zapiet Pickup and Delivery. I am hopeful they get a bulk add option when you need to add a bunch of options. Excited to see what other options they come up with in the future.”
“The chat person kept asking me to grant them access to our account... She was not able to solve issue and insisted they had to access our account. Sorry to say, but this was very suspicious In the meantime, we lost money as product options were not charging for the extras at checkout”
