“Great customer service. hats off for that, but this app does not support new Shopify themes. I have been reporting issues from the beginning, but no proper solution has been provided. They keep suggesting we use themes like Dawn, so what is the point of purchasing a new theme? I even subscribed to their third plan. Yes, the app does its job and is good in that sense, but what is the point if it cannot support newer themes? Do not tell clients to switch to a theme like Dawn when they have already paid for a new Shopify theme and your app and are simply asking for assistance. Very disappointed.”
