“$19 usd to ship a hoodie from canada to Canada, absolutely ruins any chance of profit. Design tool is clumsy and you have to pre select colour availability for all products instead of selecting for each individual product. App isn't designed well and only useful for shirts as a Canadian. Ink quality was poor and placement of design on the shirt didn't match what I created at all. Customer service not overly helpful as well. Really wanted to use this app but they make it hard.”
