“Ho riscontrato problemi su ogni singolo ordine: 1. Gli ordini rimangono in stato "pendente" per giorni (sul sito è indicato che gli ordini vengono preparati e spediti in 2 giorni). 2. E quando finalmente l'ordine riesce a partire il cliente non riceverà mail il suo ordine. Su 10 ordini solo 2 sono arrivati a destinazione (e con tempi molto più lunghi da quelli indicati sul sito: 4/5 giorni per la preparazione e 15/20 giorni per la spedizione). 3. Il supporto clienti non è dei migliori, rispondono dopo 2-4 giorni e spesso senza fornire un aiuto concreto.”
