When I asked for a refund they first of all agreed to it, confirming they had received my request. They then changed their minds, claiming their policy 'is a firm no refunds' - their exact wording. So my advice to you, don't bother unless you're willing to waste time and lose money, and potentially continue getting charged for several years after you believed you had cancelled your subscription.”
