“We do not recommend this app. It sends SMS marketing messages to customers who did not give consent, which creates serious legal and compliance risks for our business. We contacted customer support at least 5 times about this issue. Each time, they assured us it was fixed. It was not. The problem happened again. This is extremely unreliable, both the app and the customer service. If you care about compliance and protecting your business, stay away.”
