“I’ve been attempting toi integrate the ShopJar Referral Program app for several months now, and while it has potential, the Klaviyo integration is a complete letdown. Despite both ShopJar and Klaviyo pointing fingers at each other, the integration remains unreliable and far from ready for prime time. For our business, seamless, on-brand transaction emails via Klaviyo are non-negotiable, but this critical feature consistently fails to deliver. I’m beyond frustrated—ShopJar could be a game-changer, but the broken integration makes it unusable for us. Until this is fixed, I can’t recommend it.”
