“We’ve had a very difficult time getting our videos to show on our website using Reelfy. When we reached out for support, we were directed to a link with instructions, but they weren’t very clear or easy to follow. When I got stuck and asked for additional help, I was sent back to the exact same link again with no further clarification. At this point, we still haven’t been able to get the videos to appear on our site, and the support process has felt repetitive rather than genuinely helpful. The app seems to have potential, but the onboarding and support experience really needs improvement.”
