“ポイントサービスを開始したく導入しました。 ①日本語対応で設定が分かりやすいこと②ポイントをクーポンに交換するという操作が必要なポイントアプリが多い中、ポイントをそのまま利用できるところ③月間注文数による価格プランが決め手となりました。 シンプルなので操作性が良く、コストパフォーマンスも良いため現状大変満足しています。サービス開始直前にクーポンとのポイント併用もできるようになり、より使いやすくなるよう日々アップデートされていることを感じます。今後にも期待しています！ アプリ使用からしばらく経ちましたが、不具合が発生したため問い合わせした際の対応が迅速で大変助かりました。コード調整も代行いただきサポート体制にも満足です。”
“リニューアルでプラットフォーム乗り換えのため、数千人のポイント保有顧客を移行しなければならなく、日本語対応可のポイントアプリで、プランも「スタンダード」で$26と割安だったため導入。さらに他のポイントアプリとは違い、月間アクティブユーザー数ではなく、月間注文数でのプランが当社の状況にはまった。導入後に、ディスカウントの併用ができないことが発覚し、開発元に確認したところ、Shoipifyのアプデに伴い、他のアプリはディスカウント併用の設定ができる仕様に変わっていたが、このアプリだけアプデされていなかった。 また、他社アプリ開発元は丁寧な説明が多い中、MR.POINTは開発元からの返信も簡素。配送無料や誕生日割引、全品〜％OFFセールなどといったディスカウントと保有ポイント使用のディスカウント併用を考えているショップは検討が必要。他アプリに比べマニュアルも少なめ。”

The review-count trajectory is the diff between today’s snapshot and snapshots from 7 and 28 days ago. Topic counts and sentiment come from the review corpus, topic-tagged with Claude. Install footprint is observed via Ongoing.AI’s tech-detection pass against actively-tracked Shopify storefronts.
