It brings a number of metrics into a single dashboard and makes it easy to understand trends, spot issues, and improve your business. The app is also rapidly gaining new features. Very high value for the cost.”
“Very poor customer service. Replied to one of my tickets and not the second. Trying to book an onboarding call and it keeps saying there is no availability for months. I had asked how the accurate the data was and to try set it up they only responded to how accurate the data was and could not give me a solid answer. URL parameters are in facebook as described and still not tracking. Some ads are ready to scale and I need assistance for tracking. I used triple whale before and they were excellent ill be going back to them”
