“I always hate to give a bad review, as everyone works hard to create a product they plan to sell. But really, you have no video tutorials, no access to tech support, and the instructions are awful. I was so excited to see your product, and then utterly disgusted to try and figure this app out. Yes, I am very tech savvy, so for me to have issues, I hate to think what a poor person with no tech skills would encounter. Please, give some support and direction so people know how to use your app. Updated 2/3/24 - I have not received any correspondence from you. Please reach out to me again.”
