“This app was really helpful for our store. It solved the issue being able to invoice customers and our B2B stores by having outstanding draft orders easily viewable on the account page. Being able to send automated reminders also helps us get invoices paid efficiently. Support was great when I had an issue setting up reminders. It would be great if they added a few more features like better analytics and being able to see when customers view invoices, but overall its a solid app.”
“I installed this app almost a month ago and asked for help to get it implemented correctly as it currently doesn't work. Communication isn't so great, i send emails and messages and receive no response. The app is not working for me on my store and there is no urgency to getting it fixed/”
