“This app worked great to start so 5 star for that, it was exactly what we were looking for. Since Shopify update recently its now no longer working. I have emailed the support, it took them 2 weeks for a reply which didn't help, just asked to clear my cache, which didn't work. We have installed and re-installed and since emailed again again no reply as yet. It's a shame a company produces a great app, which we've been paying for each month, only to have pretty much zero support. Unless they respond we'll need to look elsewhere and request refunds. So overall 1 star for this developer.”
