“Their in-person support is helpful and actually reads feedback. I had some issues with their AI bot which was in a learning phase, and they understood my comments and implemented improvements to it. We run an online store for customized products and have set up multiple local domains taking advantage of the features T-Lab is providing us with. This app offers more than any of the others we previously tested. All in all the product is good, and you can see changes and improvements to it over time. We're happy with it and recommend it.”
“Ich habe massive Probleme mit den Übersetzungen im Shop. Falscher Titel in den Übersetzungen, ganz andere Titel stehen dort. Die Fotos passen dnan nicht zum Titel, URL falsch. Die Kunden sind total verunsichert. Das Problem taucht immer und immer wieder auf. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr ärgerlich, zumal diese URL`s alle super in google in den entsprechenden Ländern ranken, aber mit falchen Titeln, Fotos, ... sehr sehr ärgerlich!”
