    “We tested the app for a few days: it is visually appealing and basically shows the most important data. Unfortunately, the IP of the visitor is missing. The biggest problem however is that not all visitors are shown. The first answer from support was "bots". The second, when we asked about a regular customer who was shown by another app but not by this one, was - in simple terms - that Shopify was probably not sending all the data. So we went with the alternative app, which doesn't look as pretty, but shows more data. In the end, that's what matters.”
