“Boutiq is awesome. We're above average AOV (~$250) so it's absolutely worth the time to talk customers through the product, show them different options and give them style advice in realtime. Many of our customers aren't particularly digitally confident, so being able to compile a shared basket while they're on the video call is excellent and 100% drives conversion. Right now we're working out how to funnel more of our customers into using the service. 10/10”
