“-1, is what i give for BigBuy, they are rubbish, the syncing is not an easy process, the updating is a very long process, when you send them emails, they either take 3+ days to respond or don't respond at all, and when they do eventually respond, it is for an unrelated issue. Yet, they have no issue taking money from your wallet, without any resolution to the problems affecting your inventory. Don't use them. update 14/01/2025. Bigbuy policy 3 to 5 working days for a refund, yet i'm still waiting. Is Bigbuy a scam ??”
