“Shady shady shady. So all the 5 star reviews are because they offer to remove the automizely branding if you give them a good review (surely this is against Shopify TOS?). They also start you out on a free trial of the premium plan which masks the complete lack of functionality of the free plan. You can't collect reviews on the free plan! This is a reviews app that can't collect reviews! The button on your website that says "write a review" disappears after the trial ends. That is absolutely ridiculous. Do not trust the other reviews. Sort by 1 and 2 stars to get the real picture.”
