“I'm very satisfied with both the app and the support from ArtPlacer. The platform is intuitive, easy to use, and has made showcasing artwork incredibly simple and professional. The support team has been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, a great experience.”
“The app was sufficient, however still has some bugs in the room placement element. Our problem arose when we paid for the yearly service and after six months discontinued. Requested a refund for remaining six months and they will not refund stating due to Shopify's policy they do not need to. If you are going to utilize this app I would suggest the pay by month option. Bad policy on behalf of Artplace and Shopify.”
