“The app was sufficient, however still has some bugs in the room placement element. Our problem arose when we paid for the yearly service and after six months discontinued. Requested a refund for remaining six months and they will not refund stating due to Shopify's policy they do not need to. If you are going to utilize this app I would suggest the pay by month option. Bad policy on behalf of Artplace and Shopify.”
