They control the app design so you can't update it yourself. I've requested updates to our app for two months, and they keep responding with "give us a little time to work on it". It's a trap thats hard to escape once they have your app live. Update: They've rebranded but its just as bad. They say 24 hour response time for queries and you wait weeks and hope someone responds.”
