“The help Ive gotten from Aswin has been irreplaceable- he has given so many insights into different aspects of our business that sometimes we wouldnt have even looked at. Helping us set up our different customer segments was a huge help in seeing where we needed to improve, and determining who our best customers were. Also, focusing on how to get first time buyers back and ideas supporting that have been outstanding. Overall, our experience has been top notch with Aswin. He is thorough and very responsive to all questions and concerns!”
“Don't do it. At first, they were very responsive and helpful in getting the app launched. But over time they became less and less responsive. They control the app design so you can't update it yourself. I've requested updates to our app for two months, and they keep responding with "give us a little time to work on it". It's a trap thats hard to escape once they have your app live. Update: They've rebranded but its just as bad. They say 24 hour response time for queries and you wait weeks and hope someone responds.”
